Brings a diverse and dynamic background to the leadership team. Alex holds an undergraduate degree in Film and Television from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, where he developed a strong foundation in creativity and strategic thinking. During this time, he gained early experience in finance by working at the Chicago Mercantile.
Following his undergraduate studies, Alexander served in the United States Marine Corps, deploying in both Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Leveraging the GI Bill after his discharge, Alex pursued further education in mathematics and physics, culminating in graduate work in physics. Alex has successfully innovated and developed trade programs in challenging regions, bringing a rare blend of technical acumen, cultural insight, and strategic leadership to his role at Three Rivers Global.
Zorana Ivanovich

Zorana Ivanovich has spent her career at the intersection of energy trading and international diplomacy, with recognized expertise in Eastern European affairs. As a Policy Adviser, Energy Trader, and Geopolitical Risk Consultant, she has negotiated oil, gas, and critical mineral transactions across North America, Europe, Russia, Kazakhstan, the Gulf, Singapore, and Australia, advising producers, private enterprises, and government counterparts across these markets.
Zorana holds a Master of Science in Global Economy and Global Affairs from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Fordham University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.

The last 5 years he has focused on commodities and international trade. McAllister has deep experience working with fuel, minerals, and consumables. He has expertise in many of the areas necessary to take an opportunity from beginning to successful conclusion.
His 30 plus years of experience spans a wide variety of roles throughoutthe technology and manufacturing sectors in Silicon Valley and NewYork. He started McAllister Consulting to create proprietaryintellectual property in addition to partnering with other IP ownersand creators to develop innovative new products and businesssolutions for a diverse set of industries. Mr. McAllister’sextensive leadership and management expertise: multi-million dollarcapital raises, product development, business development,intellectual property consulting, and logistics.
